Tenders are invited for Construction of Remaining Works of C/2021/38 for R&I in Um Slal Ali, Um Ebariya/Village, South Um Al Amad & North Bu Fessela-Package 1 Project ID: PA 2025 C 19 G. Const. Remaining C/2021/38 R&I in UmSlalAli, UmEbariya, UmAlAmad, BuFessela P1 The project area DS143 Roads and Infrastructure in Roads and Infrastructure in Umm Slal Ali, Umm Ebairiya/Village South of Umm Al Amad and North Bu Fesseela Phase 3 (DN103) Area is positioned to the north of Doha and was originally denominated as DN103. The area is a mixed-use urban development consisting of a residential community, government buildings, schools and mosques, all spread over some 1455 hectares. It is located 26 km North of Doha City in Umm Slal Municipality. Al Shamal Expressway to the east and the proposed Orbital Expressway to the South provides the primary means of access to the community. Although the total project area is circa 1455 hectares, but only the 53.11 hectares to the west called DS143-P1, was previously tendered and the remaining works of the same are being tendered at this point of time. Along with DS143-P1, the critical infrastructure, where connections to the main supply or main discharge locations are required will be tendered. Please refer detail in Project Brief.
