The Subject Of The Public Contract Is To Provide Continuous Physical Supplies Of Natural Gas In The Regime Of The Associated Gas Contract To The Contracting Authoritys Collection Points From 06:00 Hours 1. 1. 2026 To 05:59 Hours 1. Part Of The Subject Of Performance Is Also The Takeover Of The Obligation Of The Contracting Authority To Remove Natural Gas From The Gas Distribution System Pursuant To Act No. 458/2000 Coll., On The Conditions Of Business And On The Performance Of State Administration In The Energy Sectors (Energy Act), As Amended, Decree No. 365/2009 Coll. Decrees Of The Energy Regulatory Office, As Amended. The Total Supposed Supply Of Natural Gas Within The Public Contract, Ie For All Offtake Points In Two Years, Is In The Planned Total Amount Of 29 720 Mwh, But The Gas Will Be Removed According To The Current Needs Of The Contracting Authority And Paid According To The Amount Of Gas Collected In Mwh. The Average Annual Consumption And Other Data On The Individual Offtake Points Are Given In Annex 1 - “List Of Sabling Points” Of This Tender Documentation (Hereinafter Also “Zd”).
