This Includes New Projects, Side Contracts, Maintenance Projects, And Major Service Installations Operated By The City Of Västerås. Calls Will Be Distributed Via Straight Ranking, Where Rank 1 Is First Asked. If Rang 1 Refuses No Or Does Not Meet The Set Requirements (Read Paragraph 4 Call), The Question Goes On To Rank 2, Etc. If The Call Is Estimated To Exceed Sek 300,000, The Client Has The Right To Make A Call At Fku. If The Call Is Estimated To Exceed Sek 1,000,000, The Client Has The Right To Make A Public Procurement Against The Open Market. The Right To Call Handling According To Fku And/Or Open The Market, Only The Client Is Individual Elections, Which Active Contractors Must Be Notified Within The Agreement. For Projects Where The City Procures A General Contractor, The City Of Västerås, As A Builder, Will Always Recommend These Three Security Contractors To The General Contractor. Finally, It Is Finally The Contractor Who Decides Which Contractor Should Be Hired. The Contractors Will Receive Advance Information On Upcoming Projects In The City At An Early Stage.
