Oxygen - Purchase Of Liquid Oxygen (Lox) And Rental Of Supply Systems - Re -Tender. Aarhus Water Is In The Process Of Establishing A 4Th Cleaning Level (Ozone System) At Egå Wastewater Treatment Plant, The Purpose Of Which Is To Cleanse Medicine Residues. For The Operation Of The Ozone Plant At Aarhus Waters Wastewater Treatment Plant In Egå, The Contracting Entity Needs Oxygen As Well As A Supply System. The Oxygen Must Be Delivered As Liquid Oxygen (Lox) And Fulfilled In A Tank, Which The Contracting Enthusiasts Of The Supplier. The Lox Must Be Supplied In Gas Form To Specified Connection Point. The Supply System Is Rented By Winning Tenderer. The Contract Is Expected To Take Effect Per 01.09.2025, With Expected Commissioning At The Beginning Of 3Rd Quarter 2026. The First Period Of The Contract Is Valid Until 30.06.2030. The Contract Is Automatically For The Second Period Of 48 Months, From The End Of The First Period. Subsequently, The Contract Is Automatically Released With Subsequent Periods Of 12 Months. Both Parties May Terminate The Contract For The Expiry Of A Period, By Written Notice To The Other Party In Accordance With The Contract.
