Lapto Has As Its Object: -Servici Of Management Of The Sanctioning Procedures Of All Violations Inherent In The Highway Code And The Administrative Penalties Of The Local Police Command Competence; -Printing And Imbustization Of The Infringement Reports To The Cds And Administrative And Consequent Sanctions, Products And Ascertained And Verbalized By The Subjects Referred To In Art. 12 Of The Cds Belonging To The Local Police, And Delivered To The Command That Will Take Care Of Its Notification; -Notification Of Notification Acts Through Send; In Case Of Unavailability Of Send, Through Traditional Notification; -Data Entry And Administrative And Subsidiary Management Of All The Sanctioning Proceedings Imposed And In All The Different Phases That Make It Up, With The Exception Of The Validation And Assessment Of The Detected Infringements That Are Borne By The Police Command; -Staff Of Staff Operating At The Headquarters Of The Command For Front-Office And Back Office Activities; -High Violations Management For Foreign Citizens; -Astation Of The Dispute, Consisting In The Preparation Of The Counter -Deductions For The Appeals Presented Before The Prefect And/Or The Justice Of The Peace; -Cut, In Concession, Of The Compulsory Recovery Of The Non -Oblate Sums In The Ways And Terms Provided By The Highway Code.
