All Quantities Of Study Work May Not Be Absorbed And Consequently The Entire Amount Of The Contract. Bids Are Submitted For All Study Services. The Contract Will Be Assigned On The Basis Of The Most Economically Advantageous Bid Solely On The Basis Of Price, And In Particular The Lowest Total Net Value That Will Result In The Largest Single Percent (%) Discount Rate On The Indicative Price Of The Study Budget For All Work.
