Provide Consulting And Advisory Advice On Active And Passive Public Transparency, And Should: A) Analyze And Resolve The Contractors Current Adversities Related To Public Transparency, In Order To Assist The Legal Requirements And Instructions Of The Control Bodies; B) Collect Materials And Documents With The Responsible Sector, Revise Them And Publish Them - As Required By Law Or Other Normative Instrument - On The Institutional Portal And The Portal Of The Transparency Of The City Of The City C) Monitor Mandatory Information Publications To Comply With The Dictates Of The Access To Information Law, Transparency Law And Fiscal Responsibility Law, As Well As Comply And Meet The Requirements Of The Eca/Pb, The Public Prosecution Service And Other Control Bodies; D) Perform The Empowerment Of The Contractor To Provide Information And The Necessary Support To The Contractor; E) Issuing The Semester Reporting And Inconsistencies. In The Institutional Portal And The Transparency Portal Of The City Hall Of Mogeiro; F) To Request The Servers Indicated By The Contractor The Pending Instruments And Act For The Regularization Of The Publication Of The Information; Eg) Train The Servers Indicated By The Contractor To Respond To The Demands Recorded In The Ombudsman System (Law No. 13.460/2017) And E-Sic (Law No. 12.527/2011), Besides Supervising Their Work For Resolution Of Demands, If Necessary, Maintenance, Accommodation And Support Of The Institutional Portal And The Transparency Of The City Hall Of Mogeiro.
