The City Of Edmonton (The “City”) Invites Participants To Submit Responses For This Sourcing Event For The Provision Of Construction Manager Services For Lrt Renewal Program 2023-2026. The Intent For This Pre-Qualification Is To Pre-Qualify Capable Construction Managers With Experience Delivering Light Rail Transit Infrastructure Renewal Projects In A Brownfield Environment. Under This Pre-Qualification, The City May Use Any Delivery Method It Deems Necessary In Executing The Requirements Including, But Not Limited To, Construction Manager, Design-Build, Or Design-Bid-Build. The Delivery Method For Each Subsequent Project Will Be Determined At Citys Sole Discretion At The Time When The Requirement Arises.
