Waste With Codes 17 06 01* (Asbestos Containing Insulation Materials) And 17 06 05* (Building Materials Containing Asbestos), In Accordance With The Ordinance Of The Minister Of The Climate Of 2 January 2020 On The Waste Catalog, I.E. Their Packaging, Weighing, Loading, Transport And Neutrality Of Products Containing Asbestos Created In The Liquidation Or Replacement Of Roofing From Buildings Located In The Konin Poviat, Belonging To Natural Persons, Which Qualified For The Program Entitled: Updating The Program For Removing Asbestos Containing Products From The Konin Poviat. Transport Of Asbestos Containing Waste Collected Must Take Place In Accordance With The Requirements Set Out In The Regulations, While Disposal In Accordance With The Waste Act For This Purpose, A Landfill For Hazardous Waste. The Scope Of Work Also Includes The Removal Of Asbestos Plates That Are Crushed. The Estimated Amount Of Products Containing Asbestos Planned For Collection Is Approx. 3,031 Tons (3,031,000.00 Kg) The Subject Of The Contract Is Described In Detail In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Constituting Annex 12 To Swz. The Contracting Authority Provides For The Award Of The Contract Referred To In Art. 214 Para. 1 Point 7 Of The Public Procurement Law, Consisting In Repetition Of Similar Services, In Accordance With The Subject Of The Basic Contract, To The Equivalent Of Pln 185,165.00 Gross. The Scope Of Expected Similar Services Includes Activities Constituting The Subject Of The Basic Contract, Selected In Accordance With The Actual Needs (Continuation Of The Basic Order In The Scope Of Services Conducted In The Konin Poviat, Identical To The Subject Of The Contract). The Conditions On Which The Order Will Be Awarded: The Order Will Be Awarded If There Is A Need To Perform The Above -Mentioned Services And If The Contracting Authority Has The Necessary Financial Resources, On The Basis Of A Separate Contract. The Order Will Be Awarded If The Current Contractor Provides Or Provides The Service Properly And Provides The Standard Of Performing The Service No Worse Than The Standard Of Performance Of The Basic Contract. Similar Services Will Be Provided On Conditions Similar To Those Specified In The Basic Order; This Applies To The Contract Specified In The Draft: The Manner Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, Planning Works And Settlements With The Contractor, Payment Terms, Sanctioning Cases Of Incorrect Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Obligation To Employ Employees Under An Employment Contract Specified In Art. 95 Para. 1 Of The Act, Subcontracting, The Obligation For The Contractor To Have Liability Insurance, The Possibility Of Withdrawing From The Termination Contract.
