The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Preparation, Printing And Distribution Of An Information Brochure For Separate Collection And Recycling Of Biodegradable Household Waste Under The Project “Upgrading Of An Existing Municipal Composting Installation With Improvement/ Modernization Of Recycling Technology Of Separately Collected Biodegradable Household Waste”, Pleven, Including: - Preparation Of The Contents Of The Brochure (In Bulgarian Language), Which Describes The Benefits And Practical Guidelines For Separate Collection Of Biodegradable Waste, Prepress Preparation And Printing Of Information Brochure - With The Following Technical Characteristics: Format A5 With One Fold, Bilateral Full -Color Print - Folding, Fold 2500 Pcs. Everyone. - Distribution Of Information Brochures Among Households, Schools, Public Institutions And Businesses In The Region. The Order Is Preserved In Accordance With Art. 12 Of The Public Procurement Act, In Connection With Art. 80, Para. 1 Of The Rules For Implementation Of The Public Procurement Act. Persons May Participate In The Award Of The Reserved Public Procurement, Provided That At Least 30 Percent Of Their Listing Is From Disabled People Or Disadvantaged. These Persons Must Be Registered As Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of People With Disabilities At Least Three Years Before The Date Of Opening The Specific Procedure For The Award Of A Public Procurement. Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of People With Disabilities May Participate In A Reserved Public Procurement, Provided That They Can Execute At Least 80 Percent Of Its Subject Matter With Their Own Machines, Equipment And Human Resources. To Fulfill The Condition, They May Use Subcontractors Or Refer To The Capacity Of Third Parties If Subcontractors Or Third Parties Are Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of People With Disabilities. Other Stakeholders May Also Participate In The Reserved Order Procedure, But Their Offers Are Only Considered If There Are No Offers Admitted To Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of People With Disabilities. The Public Procurement Includes The Provision Of Printing Services, Services And Other Of The List Of Goods And Services Under Art. 12, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Public Procurement Act, Detailed In The Technical Specification.
