Tenders Are Invited For Periodic Delivery Of Building Materials, Consumables And Spare Parts For Electricity Systems And Facilities, Heating Systems, Plumbing Installations And Tools For A Period Of 24 Months For The Needs Of The Mma And Its Subordinate Structures By Separate Positions
Lot # 1: Periodic Delivery Of Building Materials, Consumables And Spare Parts For Electricity Systems And Facilities, Heating Systems And Plumbing Installations For The Needs Of The Mma And Its Subordinate Structures Lot 2: Periodic Delivery Of Hand Tools, Including Electrical And Pneumatic Instruments For The Needs Of Mma And Its Subordinate Structures The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is Delivery Within The Meaning Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 2 Of The Public Procurement Act. The Scope, Volume And Requirements For The Execution Of The Public Procurement In Each Lot Are Detailed And Regulated In The Technical Specification, Part 2 Of The Documentation For Participation. The Contract Covers The Provision Of Activities For Supplies Of Building Materials, Consumables And Spare Parts For Electricity Systems And Facilities, Heating Systems, Water Supply And Sewerage Installations, For The Needs Of The Military Medical Academy And Its Subordinates, By Types And Quantities For Which The Characteristics And Requirements Are Presented, And The Requirements In The Technical Specification In The Respective Position (Application. The Deliveries Of The Goods In Each Lot Will Be Made Periodically After Receiving Preliminary Written Requests From The Contracting Authority. The Quantities In The Technical Specifications Are Indicative/Forecast And Deliveries Depend On The Current Needs Of The Mma. The Contracting Authority Has No Obligation To Declare (Order) The Entire Quantity And/Or All Nomenclatures. Within The Contract, The Contracting Authority, Depending On Its Current Needs, Will Declare The Quantities Of Goods Required To It Until The Estimated Value Is Reached In Each Lot. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right As Needed: To Change The Quantities Of Goods Stated In The Technical Specification In Each Position, According To Its Needs; To Refuse The Delivery Of Certain Types Of Goods Included In The Specification In The Relevant Separate Position, In Case Of Suspension From Production, Structural Changes In The Mma, As Well As In The Case Of The Need To Provide A Specified Type Of Goods; To Declare New Species Not Included In The Technical Specifications But Are In Implementation Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement; * The New Species Means: When Suspending From Production And/Or From The Import Of The Offered Goods That Are The Equivalent Of The Types Of Goods Included In The Technical Specifications And Meet The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority.
