Tenders Are Invited For Post-Warranty Service And Maintenance, Prevention, Diagnostics And Repair Of Vehicles (Including Agricultural Machinery; Machines For Performing Excavation And Equipment, Construction Machines And Equipment), Including The Delivery Of Spare Parts And Consumables For The Vehicles Owned By The Upspp For The Needs
The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes Post-Warranty Service And Maintenance, Prevention, Diagnostics And Repair Of Vehicles (Including Agricultural Machines; Machines For Performing Excavation And Equipment, Construction Vehicles And Equipment), Including The Delivery Of Spare Parts And Consumables For Vehicles, Property Sv ”With Technical Parameters Specified In The Technical Specification - Annex No. 1 To The Documentation. The Contractor Is Obliged To Issue A Complete Written Guarantee For The Activities Carried Out By Him Under The Jcb 220Xl Sv Chain Loader, For A Period Not Less Than The Warranty Period Of The Spare Parts And Consumables, But Not Less Than 12 Months. In The Event Of A Damage Within The Warranty Due To The Poor Quality Of The Repair And/Or A Poor Quality Reserve Part Or Consumable, The Contractor Eliminates The Same At His Own Expense. The Technical Service And The Repairs Will Be Carried Out If Necessary; Repair Activities Should Be Carried Out Within The Following Terms: In Case Of Minor Damage - A Maximum Of 2 (Two) Working Days From Notification To The Contractor; In Case Of Average Damage - A Maximum Of 3 (Three) Working Days Of Notification To The Contractor; In Case Of Severe Damage - A Maximum Of 5 (Five) Working Days From Notification To The Contractor. The Deadline For Recalling Mobile Teams Upon Signal/Request In The Event Of An Accident Are As Follows In The Case Of Urgency - Up To 4 Hours After The Signal Is Submitted; Within The Working Day, If The Signal Was Received By 12:00 On The Current Day Or By 12:00 The Next Day, If The Signal Came After 12:00 On The Current Day.
