The Warranty Period Of The Medical Equipment Does Not - May Be Less Than 12 Months From The Date Of Commissioning Of The Equipment. The Guarantee Period Proposed By The Participant May Not Be Less Than The Warranty Period Specified By The Manufacturer. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Warranty Service Of The Delivered Medical Equipment Within The Warranty Period As Follows: - For A Visit To The Place Of A Service Specialist, In The Event Of A Damage Or Malfunction Of The Apparatus, Within A Period Not Later Than 2/Two/Working Days From The Date Of Written Notification By The Contractor Of The Damage/Malfunction By The Contracting Authority, With The Drawing Up Of A Statement Of Findings In 2 Copies. - Time For Elimination Of Damage Or Malfunction - Within 7 (Seven) Working Days From The Date Of The Finding Protocol. If Necessary For A Longer Time For Remedial, The Period Shall Be Determined By The Finding Protocol Stating The Objective Reasons For This. - In The Event Of An Inability To Remedy The Damage Within 7 (Seven) Working Days, The Contractor Shall Provide The Contracting Authority With The Turnover Apparatus, Which Is Obliged To Install And Put Into Operation, From The Same Or Similar Class To The Complete Elimination Of The Defect/Damage, And The Warranty Period Of The Medical Apparatus, In The Process Of Correction, Shall Be Extended. The Transport Of A Damaged/Defective Apparatus To The Relevant Service/Production Base And Back To The Medical Establishment Are At The Expense Of The Contractor.
