The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is: Delivery Of Specialized Equipment For The Implementation Of An Investment: Construction Of A Center For Excellence In The Field Of Construction And Design At The Pgsag Penyo Penev -Ruse, In Lots, In The Following Form And Volume: Item 1: Specialized Geodetic Equipment Item 2: Specialized Construction Equipment The Purpose Of This Public Procurement Is To Choose An External Contractor For The Delivery Of Specialized Equipment Necessary For The Construction Of The Center For High Achievements In The Field Of Construction And Design Of The Pgsag Peno Penev-Rousse, Related To The Implementation Of A Contract With Reg. №Bg-Rrp 1.014-0013-C01. High Achievements In The Field Of Construction And Design At Pgsag Penyo Penev-Rousse By Procedure By Directly Providing Funds To Specific End Recipients For The Implementation Of Investment Under The Mechanism For Recovery And Sustainability Bg-Rrp-1.014 Construction Of High-Post And Training Centers Skills , Investment 2 Modernization Of Educational Infrastructure , Co -Financed By The European Union Through European Structural And Investment Funds. For Both Positions, The Delivered Equipment Should Be Factory New, In The Original Packaging. The Technique, In All Positions, Should Be Equipped With All The Cables, Adapters And Accessories Needed For Its Normal Operation. The Offered Equipment Must Meet All Requirements In The Republic Of Bulgaria On Technical Operation, Safety Standards And Inclusion In The Electrical Network (To Be Adapted For Work In The Standardized Electrical Network In The Republic Of Bulgaria). Each Item Delivered Must Be Completed So As To Work And Perform The Functions Set Out In The Specification. If It Turns Out That An Item Cannot Perform A Function, Then It Should Be At The Expense Of The Contractor In A Condition Where It May Perform The Functions Embedded In The Specification. In Accordance With Art. 48, Para. 1 Of The Ppa The Necessary Characteristics Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement, Incl. And The Scope Of The Activities To Be Implemented Are Detailed In The Technical Specification Attached To This Order. The Deadline For Fulfillment Of The Deliveries Is 30 (Thirty) Working Days From The Date Of Receipt Of A Letter Of Assignment From The Contracting Authority To The Contractor.
