Provision Of Insurance Services For The Needs Of The Territorial Divisions Of Ucdp, Smolyan On The Territory Of Kardzhali District For A Period Of 24 Months In Lots. The Subject Of The Award Of This Public Procurement Is The Selection Of A Contractor To Provide Insurance Services To The Territorial Divisions Of The South Central State Enterprise - Smolyan, Located On The Territory Of Kardzhali District In Two Special Positions For A Period Of 24 Months: Lot 1: “Concluding Compulsory Occupational Accident Insurance Of Employees In The Territorial Divisions Of Ucdp , Smolyan In The Territory Of Kardzhali District, Determined By Positions And Numerical Staff By The Contracting Authority, In Accordance With The Ordinance On The Compulsory Risk Insurance Labor Accident ; Lot 2: “Conclusion Of Property Insurance Incl. Fire And Natural Disasters Of Buildings, Equipment, Economic Inventory, Dma, Commodity-Material Reserves And Other Property On The Territorial Units Of The Scsdp, Smolyan On The Territory Of Kardzhali District; The Purpose Of This Public Procurement Is To Secure The Need To Provide Insurance Protection On Property Interests To The Contracting Authority By Taking The Risk Of Insurance Events By Providing Insurance Services. The Conditions Under Which The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Realized, As Well As The Rights And Obligations Of The Contracting Authority And The Contractor, Are In Accordance With The Draft Contract, The Technical And Price Proposals For The Respective Lot - Attached To This Documentation. This Order Is Divided Into Two Lots. The Contracting Authority Selects One Insurer For Each Individual Position Specified In This Documentation. The Contracting Authority Will Consider And Evaluate The Tenders In Separate Lots. Participants In Lot 1 And No. 2 Must Meet The Requirements Of Art. 29, Para. 1, Item 2 Of The Insurance Code And Have A License For Activity By Classes Of Insurance Specified In The Lot, In Accordance With Section Ii Of Annex No. 1 (General Insurance). A Complete Description Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement By Lots Is Contained In The Technical Specification - Annex No. 1 Of The Documentation For Participation.
