Tenders Are Invited For Maintenance (Preventive, Ongoing And Repair And Restoration Work In Emergency Situations) Of A Street And Road Network On The Territory Of Sandanski Municipality
The General Objective Of The Public Procurement Is To Improve The Condition Of The Infrastructure Of The Municipality Of Sandanski, To Ensure Safe Conditions For Movement, To Ensure An Accessible Environment And Improve The Quality Of Life Of The Population. The Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is To Be Selected A Contractor Who For 24 Months To Carry Out The Activities Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Contracting Authority Will Make Specific Assignments On The Basis Of Letters Of Assignment, Which Will Specify The Types And Quantities Of Construction Works To Be Fulfilled, As Well As The Object Of Which Should Be Fulfilled, According To The Needs Of The Contracting Authority And The Insured Financing. The Contractor Is Obliged To Fulfill His Assigned Works On The Specific Assignments And To Provide For Them The Workforce, Materials, Construction Facilities, Blanks, Products And Everything Else Necessary For The Execution Of The Present Order. The Contractor Shall Be Responsible To The Contracting Authority If, In The Performance Of The Construction And Installation Works, He Has Admitted Deviations From The Requirements Of The Construction, Technical And Technological Rules Or Has Violated The Mandatory Provisions Of The Normative Acts. The Contractor Is Obliged To Comply With The Legal Requirements Related To Construction, Including The Protection Of The Environment And The Safety Of Construction Works. The Contractor Is Obliged To Execute The Instructions Given To Him By The Representative Of The Contracting Authority And The Entitled Authorities Related To The Performance Of The Awarded Construction Works.
