All Employees Using An Integrated Imeon Information System In Shumen Municipality When Registering, Deleting, Retrieving, Providing And Sending Data From The Register Are Identified By Reading A Unique Identifier From The Cep Certificate. In Accordance With The Clauses Of The Signed Contract, The Contractor Granted Only The Right To Use The Products, And Copyright And The Resulting Rights Are The Property Of The Contractor. According To Art. 20, Para., Item 2 And Art. 191, Al. 1, Item 2 - Improvers Apply The Order For Recording By Collecting Tenders With An Advertisement Or Invitation To Certain Persons When Public Procurement Has An Estimated Value: For Deliveries And Services, With The Exception Of The Services Under Annex No. 2 - From Bgn 35,000 To Bgn 84,000. According To Art. 191, Para 1 In The Interference May Not Publish An Ad, But Send An Invitation To A Certain Person When Any Of The Following Grounds Are Available: 2.
