The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Provision Of Services Within The Meaning Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 3 Of The Public Procurement Act, As The Chosen For The Contractor Of The Contract Should Provide Consulting Services Related To The Exercise Of Copyright Supervision In The Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works For The Site: “Rehabilitation Of A Building With Id №69660.501.1115.6 Id №69660.501.1115 Under The Cc Of Straldzha , Within The Framework Of The Project Updated And Modernization Of St. St. Cyril And Methodius Primary School In The Town For Recovery And Durability (Mvv) ”, According To A Developed Technical Design, Quantitative Account And Technical Specification. The Public Procurement Is Related To The Provision Of Services For The Provision Of Copyright Supervision In The Implementation Of Construction, In Accordance With The Requirements Of Art. 162 Of The Spatial Planning Act, In Order To Ensure The Successful Implementation Of The Draft And Signing Acts And Protocols By The Designer / Tvs For The Implementation Of Construction, In Accordance With The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 3 / 31.07.2003 On The Preparation Of Acts And Protocols During The Construction And Ordinance № 2 / 31.07.2003 For The Commissioning Of The Construction Works Installation Works, Facility And Construction Sites Exercise Of Copyright Supervision During Construction - From Signing A Protocol For The Opening Of A Construction Site And Determining The Construction Line And Level To The Signing Of A Finding Act For Establishing The Suitability For Acceptance Of The Construction (Annex No. 15), Drawn Up On The Grounds Of Art. 176, Para. 1 Of The Spatial Planning Act, The Designers On All Parts Of The Project, The Builder, The Person Exercising Construction Supervision, And From The Technically Competent Natural Persons Thereto, Who Exercised Construction Supervision Under The Respective Parts, According To Article 7, Para. 3, Item 15 Of Ordinance No. 3 On The Drafting Of Acts And Protocols During Construction. The Contractor Will Exercise Copyright Supervision Within The Meaning Of The Spatial Planning Act In Volume And Scope, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Applicable Regulations In The Republic Of Bulgaria And The Accompanying Documents In Connection With Its Implementation, Through The Designers In The Individual Parts Of The Project Or Their Authorized Persons, Provided That The Authorized Persons Have The Necessary Qualifications.
