The Purpose Of This Market Is To Manage The Departure 18: 25 Program, Which Aims: - The Provision, Under Its Responsibility, Via A Website, Of A Stay Offer Adapted To The Requests Of Young People From 18 To 25 Years Old, Including The Reservation And Sale Of The Stay, - The Instruction And Control Of The Eligibility Of Beneficiaries On The Program And Using The Ancv, - Financial Management Of Aids In The Aid, And Additional Consumption From Co -Financing At The Initiative Of Third Party Partners Of The Ancv, - The Contribution To The Promotion Of This Program, In Addition To The Efforts That The Ancv Will Make. In The Event Of Non-Renewal, The Holder Cannot Claim The Payment Of Any Compensation. The Last Year Of This Of This Framework Agreement, Including In The Event Of Non-Reaches, The Ancv Will Have The Faculty To Ask The Holder Of The Subsequent Framework Agreement To Offer Stays Beginning The Following Calendar Year, In Order To Ensure Continuity Of The Reservations Service, Without Waiting For The End Of This Framework Agreement. The Maximum Number Of Effective Stays Is Set At 210,000 For The Overall Duration Of The Market. The Minimum Number Of Stays To Be Made During A Calendar Year, To Which The Ancv Is Set Up, Is Set At: - Year 2026: 10,000 Departures - Year 2027: 15,000 Departures - Year 2028: 15,000 Departures - Year 2029: 15,000 Departures If This Volume Is Not Reached On December 31 Of The Past Calendar Year And Subject To The Holder Undertakes To Compensate The Holder Up To The Balance Of Stays Not Made In The Year. The Amount Of Compensation Will Correspond To The Number Of Stays Remaining To Be Carried Out, Billed At The Price Of The Investigation And Control Of Eligibility For The Financial Aid Of The Ancv.
