Tenders are invited for Electrical Engineer. We provide tailored Human Resources and Staffing Solutions that support critical global initiatives across Humanitarian and Development sectors, and are now strategically foraying into new industries, including Construction, Energy, and IT, with a focus on high-risk regions. Heres a list of services we offer: Staffing solutions and HR management services Monitoring and evaluation Fleet management and logistics Facilities management Sustainability and Communications Advisory Election monitoring and observation IT professional services Medical assistance Contract duration: The contract will be for a total of 35 working days over a 2 month period. Specific working days will be allocated based on project requirements, deliverable deadlines & coordination with the our client. Additionally, 10% of the contract amount will be retained for one year to support during tendering & construction. Duty station: The consultant will be based in Aden, Yemen with regular participation in meetings with our client & stakeholders, will be necessary. Scope of price & payment: Payment shall be provided upon satisfactory completion of the deliverables outlined in the table above. Payment requests submitted by the consultant & must be certified by the supervisor(s). Payments are to be made within 30 days from receipt of invoice. A certification of payment needs to be signed & approved by the direct supervisor.
