The Subject Of The Contract Is: Delivery In The Form Of Operational Lease With The Option Of Buying One Piece Of Factory New, Produced Not Earlier Than In 2024. A Car Intended For The Collection And Transport Of Municipal Waste - Garbage Trucks, With The Rear Loading Of Waste, On A Three -Axis Chassis, Meeting The Euro 6 Standard In The Field Of Exhaust Emissions, As Well As Meeting The Technical Requirements Specified In The Provisions In Force In Poland For Vehicles Traveling On Public Roads, Including Technical Conditions Set Out In The Act Of 20 June 1997 (Journal Of Laws 2018.1990 Of 2018.10.17) And Executive Ordinances To This Act. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Relative To The Subject Of The Contract Are Specified In: 2.1.
