Expression of Interest are invited for Consultant services to support the promotion and scale up of Productive Uses of Electricity (PUE) Description: The objective of this consultancy is to support the design and implementation of a productive uses of energy (PUE) window under the Mwinda Fund, starting with the implementation of the first actual financing activities under the PUE window. This PUE window aims to foster a thriving and sustainable PUE ecosystem in DRC, anchored around the energy infrastructure funded by the Mwinda Fund. The work will be iterative, allowing for adjustments based on lessons learned from implementation on the ground. The PUE window can entail various calls for proposals, direct invitations by the Fund Manager for innovative solutions, technical assistance and other approaches and instruments to develop PUE under this window.
