Expression of Interest for Consultancy Services for the Year 2025 Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFUND) Annual Intervention Projects COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENT Interested companies are to obtain Standard Bidding Document (SBD) for pre-qualification/expression of interest for the corresponding category of their interest from the Procurement Unit, after payment of a non-refundable tender fee of 10,000.00 into the Federal University Gashua account, via REMITA and obtaining receipt from the Bursary Department. 6.0 SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Interested companies are to submit two hard copies each of the technical and financial bid packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as Technical Bid and Financial Bid thereafter, put the two sealed envelopes together in a bigger envelope addressed to the Vice Chancellor, Federal University Gashua and clearly marked with the name of the project and Lot number written at the top right corner of the envelope. Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should have the name and address of the company and to be delivered and deposited by hand in the Tenders Box at the Procurement Unit not later than 12:00 noon, on Monday, 14th July 2025. Please ensure that you sign the bid submission register in the office of the Ag. Coordinator, Procurement Unit, as the Federal University will not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted bids. 7.0 BID OPENING Only the Technical Bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission on Monday, 14th July 2025 by 12 noon, at the 284 Capacity Lecture Theatre, Federal University Gashua, Yobe State, in the presence of bidders or their representatives, while the Financial Bids will be kept unopened.
