The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled Reconstruction Of Municipal Road No. 111629L On A Section From Km 0+800.00 To Km 1+550.00 In Pukarzów - In The Formula Design And Build, Including Design And Execution Of Construction Works At The Reconstruction Of The Road (Preparatory Works; Earthworks; Foundations; Surface Works; Finishing Works; Finishing Works; Removal Of Energy Safety Devices; Removing Energy Collision. The Works Include: Design And Implementation Of The Reconstruction Of The Municipal Road - In The Formula Design And Build The Subject Of The Task Includes: 1) Developing Complete Project Documentation For The Task Consisting In The Design And Implementation Of The Reconstruction Of The Municipal Road - Along With Obtaining The Necessary Opinions, Arrangements And Obtaining A Building / Application Permit In Accordance With The Act Of 7 July 1994, Construction Law (I.E. 2025, Pos Earthworks; Foundations; Topcoat; Finishing Works; Movement Safety Device. The Contractor Will Design And Complete An Investment Related To The Reconstruction Of The Municipal Road, Taking Into Account The Economic, Environmental And Social Aspects. The Selection Of Work Technology Is An Element Of Design Work And Thus Is The Contractors Obligation.
