1. The Subject Of The Contract Is: Construction And Modernization Of Technical Infrastructure In Gościnna Street On The Section From The Existing Sewage Pumping Station To Ul. Łódź With The Crossing Of Technical Infrastructure Through Łódzka Street. The Order Of The Order Includes: 1) Construction Of A Network Of Sanitary Sewage System In The Road Lane, Crossing At Łódzka Street, 2) Construction Of A Water Supply Network With Connections In The Road Lane, Crossing At Łódź Street, 3) Reproduction Of The Surface Along The Entire Width Of The Street. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Was Described In Detail In Swz Part Ii. Equivalent To Resolutions: In Accordance With Art. 101 Para. 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, If In The Project Documentation Or Stwior, A Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Approval, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Para. 1 Point 2 And Para. 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, And Such References Were Not Accompanied By The Expression Or Equivalent, The Contracting Authority Allows Equivalent Solutions Described In Each Standard, Technical Assessment, Approval, Technical Specification, Technical Reference System. 3. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Obligation To Perform Key Tasks By The Contractor In Person, I.E. Engineering Works - Sanitary Sewage Installation Works. 5. The Order Was Not Divided Into Parts Due To: The Implementation Of The Task By Various Contractors, According To The Division Into Various Industries, Would Result In Collisions That Are Impossible To Eliminate Or Prevent Proper Implementation Of The Task. Works In Individual Industries Are Performed Simultaneously And Depend On Each Other, Which Ensures Consistency Of Implementation. 6. The Order Does Not Apply To The Project Or Program Co -Financed By The European Union. 7. The Employer Does Not Reserve That Only Sheltered Workshops And Other Contractors Whose Activities, Or Activities Of Their Organizationally Separated Units Who Will Perform The Contract, Include Social And Professional Integration Of People Who Are Members Of Socially Marginalized Groups, In Particular The Indicated In Art. 94 Para. 1 Points 1 - 10 Of The Pzp.8 Act. The Employer Does Not Provide For The Possibility Of Granting The Existing Contractor To The Services/Construction Works Of Orders Referred To In Art. 214 Para. 1 Point 7 Of The Public Procurement Law, Consisting In Repeating Similar Services/ Works, In Accordance With The Subject Of The Basic Contract.
