In The Formula Design And Build The Following Scope Of Work And Works: 1) Developing Multi -Branch Project Documentation (In 3 Copies - Construction Design And Executive Projects) For The Implementation Of The Thermomodernization Of A Public Building; 2) Obtaining All The Necessary Current Maps For Design Purposes, Conditions, Arrangements; 3) Conducting All Necessary Administrative Procedures Completed By Obtaining A Building Permit (If Required); 4) Transfer To The Employer 3 Copies Of The Agreed And Accepted Technical Documentation And Material And Financial Schedule Of Construction Works; 5) Comprehensive Implementation Of Thermomodernization Works In Accordance With The Guidelines Resulting From The Energy Audits Carried Out And Arrangements Made With The Employer; 6) Carrying Out Checks, Carrying Out Installation Tests, Starting And Adjusting The Installation (Regarding The Central Heating Installation); 7) Execution (In 3 Copies) As -Built Documentation; 8) Preparing, Obtaining The Users Signatures And Submitting Complete Connection Documents Of Solar Installations (Notification Of Connecting Micro -Installations / Application For Determining The Conditions For Connecting Micro -Installations To The Network / Micro -Installation Document Of Pge Dystrybucja Sa); 9) Monitoring The Status Of Submitted Documents At Least Until The Installation Is Connected To The Power Network (If Necessary - Developing Corrections For Submitted Application Documents); 10) Training Of Users; 11) Preparation Of Operating And Maintenance Instructions; 12) Transfer To The Employer 3 Copies Of As -Built Documentation, User Manual And Maintenance And A Set Of Warranty Cards; 13) Developing A Buildings Energy Characteristics Certificate.
