The Concise Scope Of Works Is Determined By The Bill Of Quantities - Annex 2 To Swz, Technical Specification Of Construction And Acceptance Of Construction Works Annex 3 To Swz, Price Calculation Form Annex 2A And 2B To Swz.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Art And Applicable Law.
