Description Of The Subject Of The Contract1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled Cleaning And Cleaning The Torch Of The Bystrzyca River In Świdnica. 2. The Scope Of The Works Performed: Unblocking The Bystrzyca Riverbed By Performing Works Involving The Cleaning Of The Slopes And The Riverbed Of The Self -Seeding Of Trees And Shrubs, As Well As Chipping With Dispersion On The Site Of The Removed Biomass, Removal From The Slopes And The Riverbed Of The River Of Fallen And Damaged Trees And Their Deployed Trees And Their Deploy Rivers And The Deportation Of Biomass For Utilization, Elimination Of The Rasts, Movement Of Gravel And Stones In The Riverbed With Partial Built -In Material In The Slope Of The Riverbed, On Three Sections Of The Bystrzyca River, Located Within The City Of Świdnica. 4. Construction Works Will Be Carried Out Throughout The Area Covered By The Subject Of The Contract In A Way That Allows Maintaining Traffic Servicing Adjacent Areas. 7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Principles And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex 8 To Swz.8. Conditions For The Execution Of Works: 1) The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Principles Of Building Art And In Accordance With Health And Safety Rules, 2) The Contractor Is Responsible For Conducting Works In Accordance With The Terms Of Swz, For The Quality Of The Materials Used And Their Compliance With The Standards In Force According To The Provisions Of Art. 10 Of The Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2025 Item 418), 3) Materials, Devices And Technologies Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Purchased On Their Own By The Contractor; The Contractor Will Provide Materials And Fulfill The Subject Of The Contract Using His Own Or Borrowed, At His Own Expense Of The Tools Of Transport, 4) The Contractor Is Obliged To Keep Documentation For Activities Performed As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Relevant Provisions.5) The Contractor Is Responsible For Securing And Marking The Works And The Correctness Of Their Marking And Correctness Of Their Marking Throughout The Duration Of The Contract.
