Current Maintenance And Maintenance Of Forest Roads In The Forest District The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of Works Consisting In The Current And Emergency Repair Of Forest Roads As Part Of Maintenance And Maintenance:- The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes Successive Repair Of Forest Road Sections, According To The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party;- Repairs Will Take Place On The Basis Of Orders Issued By The Ordering Party; The Execution Of Orders Will Be Determined By The Ordering Party, Which Will Be 2-4 Business Days (Urgent Orders) Or 7-10 Business Days (Ordinary Orders) On The Transfer Of The Order By The Contracting Authority, Depending On The Scope And Complexity Of Works Covered By A Given Order;-Repairs Will Consist In A Local Supplementation Of Debris-Conconne Defects, Profiling And Rolling-The Construction Absorbent Pits;- The Contracting Authority Allows The Possibility Of Changing The Scope And Amount Of Work Between The Items Of The Offer Cost Estimate If It Is Necessary To Perform A Larger Scope Of Work At The Expense Of A Different Item From The Cost Estimate. Each Cost Estimate Item Can Be Reduced Or Increased While Maintaining 50% Of The Contractual Remuneration.
