The Facility Is Located At The Czechowice Holiday Center In Gliwice Located In The Area Of Ul. Recreation - Journal Of Laws No. 78 Zalew Czechowice. 2. Task Implemented In The Design And Build Formula. 3. The Subject Of The Contract Includes: 1) Development Of Project Documentation Hereinafter Referred To As The Project; 2) The Implementation Of Construction Works On The Basis Of The Approved Project; 3) Performing Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of Construction Work. 4. As Part Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Develop A Complete Construction Project Related To The Demolition Of An Existing Public Toilet Facility And An Adjacent Building Around The Former Saddle In The Czechowice Recreation Center And The Construction Of A New Public Toilet. 5. The Ordering Guidelines For Construction And Assembly Works And Related To The Demolition Of The Existing Public Toilet Facility And The Adjacent Building Of The Former Saddle In The Czechowice Holiday Center And The Construction Of A New Public Toilet Are Described In The Functional And Utility Program (Pfu) Constituting Annex 7 To The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract (Swz).
