Tenders Are Invited For Development Of Project And Scoop Documentation Together With Obtaining A Permit For The Administration Of Municipal Houses Adm Sp. Z O.O. In Bydgoszcz
The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of A Work Consisting In The Development Of Comprehensive Design And Cost Documentation (Hereinafter Referred To As Documentation) Of The Reconstruction Of External Stairs Leading To A Residential Premises No. 7 Located In The Building Of Oficyna Ii At Ul. Jasna 14 In Bydgoszcz (Plot No. 111, Precinct 79). The Documentation Should Also Include The Roofing That Will Be Protected By Stairs (Entrance) Against Weather Conditions And Allow For Safe Use. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes The Contractor Obtaining All The Necessary Arrangements, Opinions, Permits And Similar Decisions, Conditioning The Start Of Construction Works Covered By The Project Documentation, In Accordance With The Legal Provisions In Force In This Respect, Including Building Permits. In The Event That The Scope Of Works Provided For In Documentation Does Not Require Obtaining A Building Permit For Their Implementation, But Only Notification, The Provisions Of This Swz Relating To The Building Permit Shall Apply Accordingly To Reporting Works To The Architectural And Building Administration Authority.
