The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With: 1) Building Permit - (Annex No. 8 To Swz); 2) Project Documentation - Land Development Project - (Annex No. 9A To Swz); 3) Project Documentation - Technical Project - (Annex No. 9B To Swz); 4) Technical Specification And Receipt Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) - (Annex No. 10 To Swz); 5) / Offer Cost Estimate - (Annex No. 11 To Swz); 6) Of The Planned Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu) - (Annex No. 12 To Swz), 7) With All Arrangements, Opinions, Administrative Decisions, 8) This Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract. 3. The Above -Mentioned Documents Are To Be Treated As Mutually Complementary. 4. Works Related To The Implementation Of The Order Will Be Carried Out Within The Functioning Building Of The Primary School.
