The Order Includes Renovation Of The Playroom No. 1 And The Playroom No. 4 With Accompanying Rooms, I.E. Bathroom And Magazine In The Field Of: I. Construction Works, Including Demolition And Preparatory Works, Floor Making In The Magazine And Bathroom At Room 1, Making New Partitions Between Room 1, Bathroom And Magazine With Replacement Of Door Joinery, Making Ceilings From G-K On A Load-Bearing Structure With Putty, Priming And Painting With Emulsion Paints With Adaptation To The Specifics Of The Rooms, The Installation Of The Installation From G-K And Installation G-K On The Walls Of Playrooms With Finishing (Putty, Priming And Painting), Laying Tiles, Terracotta And Pvc Floor Coverings, Assembly Of Partition Walls From Hpl, Export And Utilization Of Construction Waste; Ii. Sanitary Works, Including Disassembly Works, Execution Of Sanitary Sewage System, Replacement Of Sanitary Fittings With Equipment, Export And Utilization Of Construction Waste; Iii. Electrical Works, Including Disassembly Works, Installation Transmission, Installation Of Accessories (Smoke Detectors, Evacuation And Lighting Lamps), Measurements, Exports And Utilization Of Construction Waste. The Setting Scope Of Works Is Presented In The Design Documentation (Drawings And Description), Which Is An Attachment To The Specification Of The Contract Terms, While The Entities Should Be Treated As Additional Attachments. The Contractor Should Check The Values With The Design Documentation At The Stage Of Preparing The Offer And Value All The Works Specified In The Documentation, Including In The Design Drawings. The Performance During The Implementation Of The Contract Not Included In The Prejudice Or Works In A Larger Amount In Relation To The Pre -City Adopted In The Pre -City Will Not Entitle The Contractor To Demand Additional Remuneration - If These Works Were Included In The Project Documentation Or Stwiors.
