The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Construction Works Together With The Land Development For The Investment Task Entitled Locally For The Transformation Of The Bielsko Subregion - Construction Of A Pocket Park At Ul. Zamkowa In Czechowice-Dziedzice (Journal Of Laws 2094/85; 2304/1; 2305/4; 2306/4). New The Works Carried Out. Performed Works. Other Conditions: 1. The Contractor Is Obliged To Exercise Special Caution When Performing Works, Appropriate Separation, Securing And Marking The Area Of Works, And To Properly Secure Tools And Devices That May Pose A Threat To Third Parties In The Case Of Their Availability. 2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Maintain The Cleanliness Of The Works And Communication Routes Within The Works Of The Contract Throughout The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Contractor Will Perform Cleaning Works On An Ongoing Basis. 3. In The Event Of Any Failures And Damage Arising In The Area Of Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Be Targeted And Effective For Immediate Removal. The Contractor Is Obliged To Repair Any Damage, For Which The Contractor And Entities Acting On His Behalf (Subcontractors) Are Jointly And Severally Liable. The Costs Of Repairing All Damage Are Charged To The Contractor. 4. The Contractor Bears Full Responsibility For Violating The Provisions On Environmental Protection In The Area Of Works, For Air, Water And Land Pollution, For Protecting Birds, Trees And Shrubs, And Noise Emissions To The Extent Completely Releasing From The Contracting Authoritys Liability. The Contractor Is Obliged To Be Deported To A Legal Landfill Of Materials From The Construction Site. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Minimize Restrictions And Nuisance Related To The Work Performed. 6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out Works In Accordance With The Guidelines For The Protection Of Trees In The Czechowice-Dziedzice Commune-Catalog Of Good Practices (Annex 11 To Swz Project Documentation). 7. Before Starting Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare Photographic Documentation Of The Construction Site And Adjacent Areas (Facility, Infrastructure, Devices Located Within The Works Carried Out). In The Event Of Damage, And Not Documented As Above, Damage Will Be Treated As Resulting From The Works. 8. In The Event Of The Occurrence Of Igo Invasive Species, The Provisions Of The Act Of 11.08.2021 On Foreign Species As Well As The Regulation Of The Council Of Ministers Of 9/12/2022 On The List Of Invasive Foreign Species Posing A Threat To The Union And The List Of Invasive Foreign Species Posing Threats To Poland, Remedies And Means Having Aim Restoration Of A Natural Ecosystem. The Contractor Is Obliged To Take Into Account The Costs Of Utilizing Igo Species In The Valuation Of The Costs Of Utilizing. 9.
