The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works In The Formula Design And Build For The Task Entitled Modernization And Expansion Of The Care And Treatment Institution In Maków Podhalański Operating In The Structures Of Zozsucha Beskidzka. The Set Scope Of Work Is Set Out In Annex 1A (Functional And Utility Program) .2. Modernization Will Be Implemented On The Basis Of The Currently Applicable Local Development Plan (Resolution No. 81/2007 Of The City Council In Maków Podhalański Of 29 August 2007) In Accordance With Pfukononcepcja No. 1 Of The Reconstruction / Modernization Specified In Annex 1A To Sw Care Of The Hospital In Maków Podhalański Pursuant To The Resolution Of The City Council In Maków Podhalański No. Xi.108.2025- Annex 1D To Swz, Concept No. 2 Was Developed (Constituting Annex No. 1C To Swz) The Reconstruction Of The Diamond Can Be Carried Out After Changing The Current Spatial Development Plan. The Contractor Changed The Design Documentation With The Concept No. 2 (Annex A.09 Bryła- Concept 2), Including:- Raising The Knee Wall Of The Attic To A Height Of Approx. 2M- Enlargement Of Utility Area- Creating Windows In The Wall Of The Elevated Floor- Change Of Roof Geometry, Leaving The Equal Height Of The Ridge- Angle Of Ridge 26O, Removal Visualities Of The Likeds- Obtaining A Replacement Building Permit And The Required Consents, Including The Permits Of The Małopolska Provincial Monsworon Of Monuments.- And Carried Out Construction Works In Accordance With The Changed Project. In Accordance With The Applicable Mpzp: The Building Is Not Protected By Conservation (It Is Not Entered In The Registration Of Theisms), While The Area Where The Building Is Located Is Located In The Zone A Of Strict Conservation Protection (Hospital Team - Museum). The Applicable Mpzp Has Detailed Requirements On How To Conduct Investigations In This Area (Resolution No. 81/2007 Of The City Council In Makow. Podhale Of August 29, 2007).
