Part 1- Mięsoplastoma The Subject Of The Order Are Successive Delivery Of Foodstuffs Intended For The Needs Of Current Nutrition In The Assortment And Quantities Included In The Sets Constituting Annex 1A In .Xls Format. The Employer Points Out That The Cyclical Deliveries Made, It Should Always Be Compatible With The Content Of The Placed Order. The Contracting Authority Provides For A Partial Order During The Execution Of The Order. The Amount Of Individual Assortment Given In The .Xls Attachment Should Be Treated As Estimated Values And Do Not Have To Be Exhausted During The Performance Of The Contract. The Employer Intends To Exercise The Right Of Options In The Event Of The Need To Order An Additional Assortment In Connection With The Assigned Financial Resources For This Purpose. Provisions Relating To The Basic Order Apply To Orders Covered By The Law. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Not Use The Whole Or Part Of The Order Covered By The Law, And The Contractor Declares That He Will Not Bring Any Claims For This Reason. The Contracting Authority Provides For The Application Of The Right Of The Option Of 50% Of The Value Of The Basic Contract In Accordance With Article 441 Of The Public Procurement Law. Food Products Covered By The Delivery Should Meet The Sanitary And Epidemiological Requirements And The Principles Of The Haccp System In Collective Nutrition Plants, Including: 1) Have Appropriate Quality Specifications Or Approvals 2) Have The Appropriate Marking, I.E. The Date Of Minimum Durability And The Date Of Use, The Use Date Consumption3) Have The Appropriate Temperature During Transport And Sanitary Conditions Of The Vehicle. At Every Request Of The Contracting Authority, The Contractor Is Obliged To Show An Appropriate Certificate Of Compliance With The Polish Standard Or European Standards In Relation To Each Product.
