The Template Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 3 To Swz Together With Annex 1 (List Of Electricity Collection Points Covered By The Contract) And No. 2 (Power Of Attorney). 3. The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Specifies The Qualitative Standards Related To All Relevant Features Of The Subject Of The Contract (The Subject Of The Order Is Standardized - It Will Be Implemented Identically, Regardless Of Which Contractor Performs It), All Costs Of The Life Cycle - Margin, Conventional Energy Costs, Costs Of Property Rights And Excise Tax Were Taken Into Account. Apart From The Above Costs The Employer Does Not Provide For Other Costs Of Electricity Supply.
