Tenders Are Invited For Service For Preparing Projects To Determine The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment And Draft Decisions On Building Conditions In The Jedlińsk Commune
The Subject Of The Contract Is A Service In The Field Of Draft Decision On Determining The Location Of Public Purpose Investments And Draft Decisions On Building Conditions In The Jedlińsk Commune, Referred To In Chapter 5 Of The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130), Together With Attachments To These Decisions The Above -Mentioned Decisions And Decisions Pursuant To Art. 59 Para. 3 Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development In The Event Of A Change In Land Development Without Obtaining A Decision On Building Conditions. The Preparation Of A Single Draft Of The Decisions In Question Will Take Place After The Contracting Authority Submitted An Application For Its Issuing. Given The Requirements Of Art. 100 Para. 1 And Para. 2 Of The Public Procurement Law, I.E. That The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Completed Taking Into Account The Requirements In The Scope Of Availability For Disabled People, The Contracting Authority Informs That The Requirements In This Respect Have Not Been Made In This Respect.
