The Subject Of The Contract Includes Conducting The Necessary Administrative, Organizational And Technical Activities, Which Should Be Carried Out To Adapt The State Geodetic And Cartographic Resource In The Area Covered By The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Technical Conditions For The Requirements Of Law And Current Technical Standards, Taking Into Account Art. 24A Para. 1-12 Of The Act Of 17.05.1989 Geodetic And Cartographic Law, In Particular: A) Obtaining Data On The Course Of The Boundaries Of Registration Plots, Supplementing The Records With Buildings Data And Updating Of Land Use For Registration Districts Strzeżenice And Dobiesławiec, Processing Obtained Data To The Required Standard And Format, Developing The Description-Cartographic Project Project Land And Buildings Records, Hereinafter Referred To As The Entire Work Necessary To Develop A Descriptive And Cartographic Project And Its Presentation To The Employer For Control And Approval To Be Laid Down To The View Of Interested Persons, B) Conducting Procedures Related To The Submission Of Persons Interested In The Description And Cartographic Design Project, C) Implementing The Results Of Modernization Of Land And Building Records. 3.
