Part I: Delivery Of Teaching Aids For Primary Schools From The Siewierz Commune: A) The Subject Of The Contract In Part I Includes The Purchase And Delivery Of Teaching Aid For Primary Schools From The Commune Of Siewierz.B) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) Was Specified In Annex 1A To The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract (Swz), Which Will Constitute An Attachment To The Contract With The Contractor. C) The Contractor Will Grant A 2 -Year Warranty For Teaching Aids, Excluding Disabled Disposable Or Wear Products, For Which The Employer Does Not Require A Warranty (I.E. Spatulas, Disinfection Preparation, Food Products, Pens, Filaments, Balloons, Glitter, Glues, Plasticine). D) All Teaching Aids And Equipment Must Be Brand New, Free From Defects And Approved For Use In Educational Institutions. They Must Have Appropriate Approvals, Certificates, Quality Certificates And Meet All Requirements Of Standards Specified In Applicable Law. The Contractor Will Provide The Employer With All Necessary Documents Regarding The Delivered Goods - Approvals, Instructions For Use, Etc. Allowing The Use Of The Subject Of Delivery.
