The Subject Of The Order Is The Equipment Of The Professional Laboratory In Rcez In Nisko As Part Of The Project Entitled: Strengthening The Potential Of Vocational Schools In The Niżańskie Poviat - Industrial Robot Workshop - Industrial Robot Workshop Together With The Training Session Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is In Annex 8 - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Free From Defects, It Must Not Have Signs Of Use. The Contractor Will Provide And Transfer The Equipment In The Original Packaging Together With The Utility Documentation Of The Warranty, User Manual And Maintenance, Etc. The Contractor Will Provide The Subject Of The Contract At His Own Expense And His Own Risk Calculated Into The Price And Ensures Unloading From Transport And Bringing The Delivery To The Rooms Of The School Building During Working Hours After Consulting The Deadline With The Employer. The Contractor Will Grant A 24-Month Warranty For Equipment. In The Case, When The Contracting Authority Used In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Of Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or A Special Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, They Should Be Understood As Examples Of Minimum Parameters Expected By The Contracting Authority. The Employer Allows The Use Of Equivalent Solutions Allowed For Use. The Employer Will Consider Equivalent Solutions That Will Not Cause Changes In The Scope Of Technical Parameters Of The Subject Of Delivery. In The Event That The Employer Referred To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Para. 1 Point 2 And Para. 3 Of The Act, The Contracting Authority Indicates That They Should Be Understood As Examples. The Contracting Authority, In Accordance With Art. 101 Para. 4 Of The Act Allows In Each Case The Application Of Equivalent Solutions Described In The Content Of Swz Together With Attachments. Each Time, When It Is Indicated In This Swz Together With The Norms Of The Norm, Technical Assessment, Technical Specification Or Reference System Referred To In Art. 101 Para. 1 Point 2 And Para. 3 Of The Act, It Should Be Assumed That In Relation To It Used The Phrase Or Equivalent. The Contractor, Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Described By The Contracting Authority, Is Obliged To Prove In The Offer, By Means Of The Available Means Of Evidence In Question, That The Solutions Proposed By Him Balance Meet The Requirements Specified By The Manager.
