The Subject Of Part 1 Is The Supply Of Furniture Equipment, In Particular: Cabinets, Chairs, Tables, Etc. And Utility Equipment, In Particular: Carpets, Baskets, Etc. As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Entire Assortment Covered By The Subject Of The Contract To The Kindergarten Facility (Niegardów-Kolonia 49A). Furniture Equipment Includes Assembly In A Kindergarten Facility. Any Assortment Provided As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract Is To Be Factory -New, Unused, Undamaged, Not Covered By The Rights Of Third Parties. The Contractor Is Responsible For Any Damage Arising In Transport And Before The Final Reception Of The Subject Of The Contract. Any Assortment Is To Be Non -Toxic And In Line With The Applicable Regulations, Have Appropriate Approvals And Certificates. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Employer With All Certificates And Approvals Of The Provided Subject Of The Contract With The Final Receipt Of The Subject Of The Contract. A Detailed Description For Part 1 Of The Subject Of The Order With An Indication Of The Quantity And Parameters Of The Required Assortment Is Presented In Annex 1.1 To Swz.
