1. The Subject Of The Contract Are Postal Services Provided In Domestic And Foreign Trading, In Terms Of Receiving, Movement And Delivery Of Postal Parcels, Postal Packages And Their Possible Returns After Exhausting The Possibility Of Their Delivery To The Provincial Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management In Szczecin Within The Meaning Of The Postal Law Of November 23, 2012 (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 366). Pursuant To Art. 3 Points 10) The Postal Law Act Is The Sender, I.E. An Entity That, As A Result Of The Decision Of This Proceeding And The Selection Of The Best Offer, Will Sign A Contract With One Operator With One Operator. 2 Para. 1 Point 1 Of The Postal Law Act, The Contracting Authority Understands The Postal Service Constituting In Domestic Or Foreign Trade, Earnings: 1) Performed Together Or Resolution Acceptance, Sorting, Delivery Of Postal Parcels And Non -Rapid Prints; 2) Movement Of Postal Items And Non -Rapid Prints, If It Is Performed Together With At Least One Of The Activities Referred To In Ppk. 1); 3) Sending Postal Items Using Electronic Means Of Communication, If At The Stage Of Receiving, Movement Or Delivery Of The Information Message They Take The Physical Form Of A Letter Shipment; 4) Conducting Exchange Points Enabling The Acceptance And Exchange Of Correspondence Between Entities Using These Points; 5) Implementation Of Postal Messages. Inability To Deliver Their Return To The Sender (Contracting Authority). 2. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Implemented On The Principles Set Out In: 1) The Act Of 23 November 2012 Postal Law; 2) Regulation Of The Minister Of Administration And Digitization Of 26 November 2013 On The Complaint Of The Postal Service (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2019, Item 474); 3) International Postal Regulations- International International Agreements Regarding The Provisions Regulations Of The World Postal Association; 4) Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Administration And Digitization Of 29 April 2013 On The Conditions For The Performance Of Universal Services By The Designated Operator (Journal Of Laws 2020 Item 1026); 5) In The Regulations Of The Contractor. 3. Receipt/Delivery Of Shipments (Letter Parcels And Postal Parcels, Courier) From/To The Sender (Contracting Authority) Will Be Made Daily On Business Days (From Monday To Friday), Except For Public Holidays And Holidays Introduced By The Contracting Authority From The Following Locations: 1) Ul.
