4.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Task Of Development Of A Local Spatial Development Plan Of The Kamionka Commune For Areas Located Within Kierzkówka Kolonia And Developing A Change In The Local Spatial Development Plan Of The Kamionka Commune For Areas Located Within Stanisławów Duży, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2024), As Well With The Provisions Of Other Acts Related To The Issues Of Spatial Planning And Participation In Activities Related To The Preparation And Adoption Of The Local Spatial Development Plan. 4.2. The Study Concerns Plot No. 175 Located Within Kierzkówka Kolonia And Plots No. 157, 158, 160, 161 Located Within Stanisławów Duży. The Boundaries Of The Area Covered By The Resolution Were Presented On The Graphic Attachment Constituting An Integral Part Of The Resolution Of The City Council In Kamionka No. Xi/70/2025 Of February 25, 2025 Regarding The Accession To The Preparation Of A Local Spatial Development Plan Of The Kamionka Commune For Areas Located Within Kierzkówka Kolonia And For Areas Located Within Stanisławów Duży. 4.3. Performing Works Related To The Implementation Of Planning Activities Specified In The Act On Spatial Planning And Development Regarding The Preparation Of A Draft Local Spatial Development Plan In Accordance With The Resolution Of The City Council In Kamionka No. Xi/70/2025 Of February 25, 2025 On Joining The Local Spatial Development Plan Of The Kamionka Commune For Areas Located Within Kierzkówka Kolonia Areas Located Within Stanisławów Duży, According To The Procedures And Issues Specified In: A) The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130); B) Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of 17 December 2021 On The Required Scope Of The Draft Local Spatial Development Plan (Journal Of Laws Of The 2021 Item 2016 Item Kierzkówka Kolonia And For Areas Located Within Stanisławów Duży; G) Study Of Conditions And Directions Of Spatial Development Of The Kamionka Commune Adopted By Resolution No. Xlvi/312/2023 Of The City Council In Kamionka Of March 7, 2023; H) Other Provisions Applicable To The Order. 4.4.
