1) Delivery Of Beef Of The Following Range: A) A Quarter Beef Inks Of 9500 Kg B) Beef Hearts In The Amount Of 700 Kg2) The Quality Of The Meat (Food) Should Be As Follows: A) Chilled Meat, B) Meat Comes From Slaughter (Excluded Meat From Fallen Animals) C) Fresh Meat, Red, D) Clean Meat, Without Traces Aliens; E) The Meat Should Have A Kind Of Fragrance, Characteristic Of The Species, Without A Foreign Smell, Indicating The Starting Spoilage, Sexual Smell, Urine Smell. 3) Beef Must Meet The Requirements Of Meat Standards Recognized By The Veterinary Sanitary Inspection As Suitable For The Use Of (Pn-65/A-82000, Pn-91/A82001) 4) The Meat Should Be Qualified For The Following Beef Ink Quality: A) By Muscular To Grade E, U, R Or O (In The Ink Classification According To The Europ System) B) According To Fatten Ink In The Classification Of The Europ System: Approx. 75 % Of The Total Order In The Fat Class From 1 To 3; Approx. 25 % Of The Total Order In The Fat Class 5; 5) The Meat Is To Be Examined Before And After Slaughter By An Authorized Veterinarian .6) The Supplied Beef Must Be Qualified By A Veterinarian As Meat Allowed For Trade And Stamped According To The Principles In Accordance With Currently Applicable Regulations (Married To A Stamp, Having The Same Identification Sign, Which Has The Same Identification Sign Of A Veterinarian, What The Qualifying Certificate Attached To Each Delivery, Confirming The Usefulness Of Meat For Trade And To The Animal Toilet.
