1. The Subject Of The Contract Is Successive, Comprehensive Provision Of Catering Services For The Jan Długosz University In Częstochowa. 2. Place Of Implementation: Area Of The City Of Częstochowa. 3. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Included In Annex Number 1 To Swz.4. The Contracting Authority Does Not Allow Partial Offers. The Lack Of Division Of The Order Into Parts Does Not Violate The Principle Of Maintaining Fair Competition By Limiting Access To The Order For Small Or Medium -Sized Enterprises. 5. The Employer Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variant Offers. 6. The Contractor May Entrust The Performance Of Part Of The Subcontractors Contract, I.E. The Entity With Whom He Concluded A Subcontracting Contract Defined In Art. 7 Point 27 Of The Public Procurement Law. 7. In The Event Of Entrusting The Implementation Of Part Of The Subcontractors Order, The Contractor Shall Be Responsible For The Actions And Omission Of Such An Entity For His Own. 8. Deadline For Performing The Subject Of The Contract: The Contract Will Be Concluded For A Period Of 12 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract. 9. The Purchaser Provides For The Possibility Of Extending The Period Of The Contract By A Maximum Of 5 Months In A Situation Where, Within A Year Of Signing The Contract, The Contracting Authority Does Not Use The Full Overall Value Of The Contract Resulting From The Estimated Demand Contained In The Price Form. 10. The Planned Provisions Of The Public Procurement Agreement, Which Will Be Introduced To The Content Of This Contract: With The Contractor Whose Offer Will Be Selected In This Procedure, A Contract Will Be Signed In Accordance With The Draft Contract Constituting Annex 2 To The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract.
