The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of An Agricultural Tractor With A Mounted Loader And Additional Working Equipment To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 9 To Swz - Technical Specification Of The Agricultural Tractor With A Front Loader And Additional Working Equipment, It Requires That The Contractor Provides The Subject Of The Order Of The Factory New, Complete, High Standard, Both In Terms Of Quality And Functionality, With The Required Technical Parameters, Meeting The Standard Required By Polish Law And All Physical And Legal Defects. The Technical Parameters Given In Annex 1A To Swz Are Minimal Parameters. The Employer Allows The Use Of Equivalent Solutions/Parameters, Provided That The Contractor Shows That The Offered Solution Is Equivalent To Technical And Operational And Utility Parameters Not Worse Or Better Than Required By The Contracting Authority.
