1. Part I - Transport Of Children To The Primary School Distinguished For Warmia And Mazury In Garbno, Garbno 36, 11-430 Korsze On Routes No. 1, 2 And 3.2. The Order Includes: Providing Transport Services, Taking Care Of Transported Students During Transport, As Well As The Delivery And Sale Of Monthly Tickets To The Transport Network Of The Contractor Providing The Delivery Of Students And Children On School Days, I.E. On Days When School/ Kindergarten Takes Place At School/ Kindergarten Educational, Educational, Care Or School Celebrations For Students And Children, Based On Monthly Tickets Acquired On The Basis Of Art. 5A Of The Act Of June 20, 1992 On The Rights For Reduced Public Transport Travels (Journal Of Laws 2024 Item 380, I.E. The Contracting Authority Requires That As Part Of Regular Courses, The Transport Of School And Schoolchildren Should Be Carried Out On Communication Routes According To The Distribution Correlated With The Start And End Of The Classrooms Resulting From The Lesson Plan In Force In The 2025/2026.6 School Year. The Employer Reserves That The Number Of Students And Children, And The Number Of Monthly Tickets Given In This Opz, Is Approximate And May Change During The Order. The Employer Reserves The Right To Change The Number Of Tickets Purchased, Which Will Be Regulated By A Monthly Correction In The Event Of Changes In The Number Of Students Delivered Students And Children Separately For Each Part Of The Order. 7. The Ordering Party Reserves That If There Are Circumstances Of Suspension Of Classes At School Or Kindergarten, He Will Not Buy Tickets For This Period. 8.
