Tenders Are Invited For Successive Delivery Of Consumables, I.E. Oils, Lubricants, Fluids, Etc.

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Successive Delivery Of Consumables, I.E. Oils, Lubricants, Fluids, Etc. The Quantity And Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Were Included In Annex 2 To Swz.3. The Employer Allows The Possibility Of Mutual Quantitative Exchange As Part Of The Assortment Mentioned In Annex 2 To Swz, To The Value Submitted By The Contractor Of The Offer. 4. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Place Orders And Process The Subject Of The Contract Depending On The Needs, Thus Has The Right To Limit The Amount Of The Subject Of The Contract, Which May Reduce The Value Of Delivery. 5. The Contracting Authority Guarantees That The Minimum Value Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Be 70% Of The Total Remuneration Specified In The Contract. 6. The Contractor Should Be Able To Implement Deliveries Immediately After The Conclusion Of The Contract. 7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate In Annex 2 To Swz The Name Of The Manufacturer Of Each Offered Product. 8. The Offer Should Take Into Account The Valuation Of All Accompanying Services, Indirectly Related To The Deliveries Performed, I.E. In Particular: A) Implementing Deliveries On Business Days From 7:00 To 14:00 With A Vehicle Equipped With A Unloading Elevator, At The Cost And Risk Of The Contractor To The Contracting Authority, Located At Ul. Bieławin 5 In Chełm; B) Discharge And Setting Of The Ordered Assortment In The Place Indicated By The Service Of The Employers Magazine; C) Free Disclosure Of All Necessary Containers (Without The Costs Of Sharing) In Which Materials Will Be Provided Constituting The Subject Of The Proceedings. In The Case Of Packaging Defect, List Them With Undamaged Ones At Your Own Expense; D) Receiving Containers After Issued Consumables (Including Containers, Barrels 200 L And Above) .E). Delivery Together With The First Delivery Of The Characteristics Card Of All Products Indicated In Annex 2 To Swz, Systematic Updating (In The Case Of Changes Or Outdating). The Contracting Authority Allows The Electronic Version For Characteristics Cards. 9. All Operational Materials Listed In The Contractors Offer Should Be Approved For Trading And Widespread Use In Accordance With Applicable Regulations In The Republic Of Poland. 10. Principles Of Ordering, Accounting And Payment Are Included In Annex 4 To Swz - Planned Provisions Of The Contract. 11. The Contracting Authority Does Not Allow Partial Offers. 12. The Contracting Authority Allows The Use Of Equivalent Solutions. By Equivalent Solutions, The Contracting Authority Understands The Delivery Of Products With Identical Parameters With The Quality Parameters Of Products Constituting The Subject Of This Order (Equivalent Chemical And Physical Properties The Same As The Products Indicated By The Ordering Party In Annex 2 To Swz). 12.1. In The Event That The Contractor Offers Solutions Equivalent Then The Application To The Content Of Art. 101 Para. 6 Pzp Is Obliged To Prove In The Off
