Collection Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Take Place At The Headquarters Of The Employer Katowice, Plac Gwarków 1 The Economic Will Be Obliged To: 1) The Conclusion Of An Operational Lease Agreement For A Period Of 48 Months; 2) Presenting The Applicable Offer For 47 -Month -Old Leasing Installments Payable In Accordance With The Payment Schedule, Taking Into Account The Initial Fee Of 0% Of The Value Of The Gross Car And The Amount Of Car Purchase Of 1% Gross; Therefore, The Ordering Party Will Pay 47 Installments, Due To The Fact That The Date Of Payment Of The First Installment Falls A Month After The Collection Of The Car. The Fee For The Purchase (Warranty Deposit) Is Paid Together With The Last Installment. 3) Training Of The Ordering Person In Handling The Car; 4) Vehicle Insurance Lies With The Lessor. The Offer Should Indicate The Value Of The Insurance Policy (Oc, Ac, Nnw, Assistance), Which Will Apply In The First Year Of The Contract. In Order To Compare These Offers, This Value Should Be Multiplied By 4 Times (Each Year Of Insurance). The Financing Party Will Present Proposals For A Minimum Of 3 Insurance Policies Before Expiry Of The Policy For The First Year. 2. The Contractor Provides: 1) Free Training, Within 3 Business Days From The Date Of Delivery Of The Car, Future Users In The Field Of Operation And Service Of The Delivered Car; 2) A Guarantee That The Car Being The Subject Of The Contract Is Free From Construction, Material, Executive And Legal Defects, Factory New From 2025; 3) On The Day Of Receipt Of The Equipment In Question, The Supplier Will Provide Service, User Manuals, Technical Review.
